Screen timeout not working

I have been using samsung galaxy s10 plus, after android update , the screen timeout or auto lock is not working. I have to tap or lock forcibly by manual to lock the mobile.

Did you check in settings for display and screen time out time.?

Yes , I was verified all settings seems to be everything OK

No, I verified all settings before I post here, even after validat setting still issue exist

Maybe some app prevents your settings ?

Hi, it could be because of some background app which have permission to change system settings. Please reset the app preferences and check.

Can u pls guide how to find which app causing the issue or hoe to reset app preferences
