Hello Guys,

I have recently noticed on my S24 ultra the screen doesn't turn off automatically.

I have turned off AOD completely, reduced the screen timeout to 15 secs, disabled the rise to wake and disabled the screen on while viewing.

Still the screen doesn't turn off automatically. Has anybody noticed this recently?

Hi. Can you check if you have installed the display assistant plug in for Good Lock! If you have, go into the app, and see if your screen on time is set to 30 minutes? That should be your problem. Unfortunately, you cannit change the time, so unless youre using the app, just delete it and your phone is good to go1754655570012.jpg1754655570037.jpg

I don't have display assistant installed. However I did a restart, and then it worked.. Thanks a lot.

I think most issues get fixed with a restart. 😂
