I'm using my phone for conference calls where I am on speaker. I mute myself until I need to talk. But the screen goes black after the inactivity timeout and I have to press the power button everytime to get the screen.

This is really annoying. Is there a setting to let the screen be on while I'm on  a call.

I don't know of a setting that prevents the screen from going off during the call. But, a more simple way to bring it back is to double tap the screen. It will show the call right away. I hope this works better for you than having to press the physical lock button.

Double tap doesn't work in this case...If that would have worked, no problem

Double tap works when you enable speaker during calls.

doesn't work for me because the phone gets locked due to inactivity....Have you tried on long calls?

During a call, short or long, for me, the phone screen does not lock unless i manually lock it. It just goes off which i can awaken quickly by a double tap.
