Screen brightness gets up down quickly

My Galaxy S9 screen brightness is getting muffled sometime the other

try disabling Adaptive brightness under brightness bar in your quick Panal.

And make sure you keep your proximity and light sensor clean as much as you can. (Both are present near your earpiece).

I am a techy. I never use adaptive brightness and my phones are like new after years...
