Screen animation looks weird in low brightness

Here is what i found in animation looks some kind of loosing frames while scrolling in my S10 plus mobile.

If you look around tiles and option buttons while scrolling it seems like frames are dropping.This seems like a bug.

Looks fine to me in the screen recording. I don't see any frame drops.

Those are not frame drops they are the result of 60hz panel as it can't refresh at the speed you are scrolling so, Dont worry your S10 isn't gonna die
