Screen Turning Yellowish while Charging and using the Always on Display Feature in Samsung s10e

Hi Team ,

 I gave my phone to service center ,They have updated my Phones OS on August,2020.

After that My phone screen is turning Colourless and kind of yellowish while I use it for charging ,And then I have Unlock the phone .

Even when I Use the "Always on Display" feature I get a yellowish screen when I tap on the screen to the clock.

Is everyone also facing similar issues ?

Yes. Many are complaining throughout the net. It has affected mostly to those who have updated their device to the latest version and many expressed the exact issue where yellow/green tint was introduced. My Galaxy Note 9 yellow tint has been fixed on October update but Note 10+ still has it. Hopefully a new update fixes it.

do u have the Problem while you use Always On Display or charge your phone .Can you once check?

Hi there, 

Sorry to hear that. Would be best to take the device to a certified Samsung Service Center ad have this looked at.

Service centre examined the device and said it is not a display problem and they just have reinstalled the OS of my device saying that it may be a software bug ,but this issue still exists?
