Screen Timeout issues when on charging

Samsung S22 Plus: After the new update, my phone is not locking automatically, even though the screen timeout is set to 15 seconds. This makes my phone vulnerable to unauthorized access. My phone should be locked after 15 seconds max.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

Kindly set screen out time: Settings> Optimize settings> set screen out time.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
