Screen Recording & Call Recording Option has Missed

I have noticed that in Samsung OS Screen Capture option is available,  but

1-  Screen Recording Option is Missed.

2- Call Recording Option Is Also Missed. 

How many user are looking this option in their daily use ?

you're right. these options are very usefull but missing, do not know why.

Screen Recording Option is Available now, but regarding call Recording is still missed...

Please note call recording is not available in the GCC region due to market regulations.
