If you are in middle east you should buy middle east version and not international version.
This happened to me before and I returned my phone as the seller did not mention this information on their web page or at store. So I raised the complaint to consumer rights and got the phone returned with full refund in 2 days. So if they have not mentioned anything on writing regarding the version of device, you can change and buy middle east version or where ever you are based while using the Samsung wallet.

Contact Samsung online support live chat from your phone and provide your device details, they will let you know what went wrong and if it's actually middle east version or international version. Just to make sure.

Thank you for reaching out. If you're encountering an issue where Samsung Wallet is not supported on your Galaxy S25 Ultra, even though your device is a Middle East version, please follow these steps:

  1. Confirm Device Version
Double-check if the device is indeed the Middle East version. You can verify this by checking the model number and region in Settings > About Phone > Model Number. If there is any doubt, you can contact Samsung Support to confirm whether the device is a valid Middle East version for Samsung Wallet.
  2. Ensure Software is Up to Date
Make sure that your device is running the latest software update. Sometimes updates may resolve compatibility issues with apps like Samsung Wallet. Go to Settings > Software Update to check for available updates.
  3. Check Samsung Wallet Availability
Even though your region supports Samsung Wallet, there could still be device-specific compatibility issues. Samsung Wallet supports select devices, so it’s worth ensuring that your specific S25 Ultra model is fully supported. This information can usually be found on the Samsung website or by contacting support.
  4. Reinstall Samsung Wallet
Uninstall and reinstall the Samsung Wallet app from the Galaxy Store to make sure you have the most recent version of the app.

If the issue still persists, please contact our wallet support team at 800-7729. Our agents are available daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and will be happy to assist you further.
