Galaxy SRecently I bought the s25 Ultra and a I wanted to use the Samsung wallet, but when I opened the app it says that it isn't supported in my phone, to make notice that my region does support Samsung wallet.

Galaxy SThis happened to me before and I returned my phone as the seller did not mention this information on their web page or at store. So I raised the complaint to consumer rights and got the phone returned with full refund in 2 days. So if they have not mentioned anything on writing regarding the version of device, you can change and buy middle east version or where ever you are based while using the Samsung wallet.
