You guys were to send Android 10 update in Jan but it's Feb. I didn't even get Jan security update and it's the end of Feb already.

What the **bleep** you guys are doing?? I wish Google could directly send updates so we wouldn't have to rely on Samsung because they are worst in it. 

Samsung users get latest Android release around the time we start getting glimpse of the next one.
