Samsung slowing down the s9 in android pie one ui update

Big cluster's are limited to 1700 MHz which is 1000 mhz less than what Exynos 9810 is capable of. It may be because Samsung is trying to save battery.

u can see the slow down at 4:40 .
This is the stable pie one ui update from Samsung for s9.
It's what Apple did to their iPhone's via software update to slow them down.
Also not in any power saving mode

It may be due to degraded battery. weak battery cannot deliver peak power.

there is no slow down Samsung use 4 high performance core and 4 low performance core

those are high performance cores. it may be a task scheduler changing the frequency
