Samsung service very bad I'm using s20fe I had very bad experience heating issue

Worst service Samsung I'm using s20 fe  battery drain very fast & heating issue very slow phone game cont play 

 Phone always too much heating problem camera not work properly all gimmick future when I start camera 15 seconds it will over heat. Zooming not work properly. Heat regularly when net is on. Worst experience after purchase second day I visited service center within week I visited 3time service center.light game also cont play it will get over heating. Got this thinking high end processor totally gimmick all future not work properly Phone always hanging I disappointed. Charging takes 3.and half hour for full after I will get Mt 4 hours. Display is the only plus Pont. Exynos is worst processor this phone cont multitask phone will get heat up. Pathetic service Pathetic phone Pathetic experience all gimmick future.

I think it's because of exynos 990 which everyone says will gets hot very soon. The heat dissipation is not done properly from s20 series when compared to S10.

Try keeping the Motion Smoothness in Display Settings at Standard (60Hz) instead of High (120 Hz) it makes a lot of difference to the battery life and the heating problem. The difference in Display is barely noticeable. I think the 120 Hz is a failure in S20 Fe Exynos phones.

Also buy the 25W charger. It charges the phone in 1 Hr. It is pathetic that Samsung gives a sub standard charger with a sub standard phone

Can you download cpu monitor and when the device heats up check your cores usage?
for me when my S20 FE, 6 cores stays at 98%-100% for no reason? can you tell me if this is the same thing for you?
