I have an S20 plus and i have been using it for past 6 months, but from last month i noticed a gap between the steel casing and the back door, I knew that it was not part of the design and went to confirm in a store, so samsung service guys took the phone and told me that the back panel would be replaced but after they service they just changed the adhesive and gave my phone back, this is utterly inacceptable, they back panel went through hard removal and has uneven surfaces due to the opening of the panel and fixing it back, this is worst service from samsung , even after paying such huge amounts, samsung is not even able to change a back panel, I did a mistake choosing samsung, apple would be my next go, fed up with samsung.

The S20 Plus has a glass back, how can it have uneven surfaces? Glass is not flexible that it would be uneven. And in such cases, what they have done is normal. Why would they change the back panel? Only the adhesive is supposed to be changed.

But due to the opening of the back panel, it went to pressure and those marks are now clearly visible, like u said ,if the back was complete glass, then it would have broken while opening it

I see no problem at all. If your eye can see it, the camera can too.
