If i change the software version to another country ill loes the waranty right? I don't like the UAE version; it has limitations.

There's many for example: Gemini Integrationnot not all the features are there, Now Brief, Third-Party Integrations with the apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram..., Now Brief other freters, Live Translate and call recorder, there's many of things are not integrated... like what i saw with the others phones in deferant countries!
