Galaxy SI am old user for note series. I tried to renew my phone and purchase s25 ultra 1tb and pre-ordered from store. Unfortunately, after waiting it for more than 10 days they told me I need to wait extra 2 weeks until arriving at store. The point here why there is a campaign for pre-ordering while there is no enough stock of such item. What is the point for that. I feel that samsung do not respect their customers and I realy think I need to shift to another brand which is respect their customers.

You should have pre booked and ordered from Samsung shop app.
Most people who ordered from Samsung Shop app got extra discounts and they got their phones delivered.
Also there is Galaxy for life program is is exclusive to orders via Samsung.
If you can still do it, cancel order and order ASAP from Samsung Shop app.
