Samsung s24 Ultra not receiving ui 7

I am using Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra but I am still not able to update on ui7 

I don't know what happened what is the reason 

I am still on UI 6.1

If ur phone is rooted u will not get the update. Download root checker app then check root status. If it is rooted u will not get the update. Or if it is not, try to search on google

Your S24U appears to be carrier-locked. You will not receive updates until you insert the carrier SIM. Also, I think you are using a US Variant S24U.

Same problem with me and I'm using Galaxy s23fe. Why It's not coming?

My device is not rooted and yes I think it's the US variant and I'm in Pakistan now.

Generally, U.S. variant devices are carrier-locked and cheaper in the Pakistani market. The major issues with U.S. variant devices are signal drop and lack of software updates (except in the U.S.). The signal drop occurs due to different frequency support for U.S. carriers, which differs from Pakistani carriers.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to update it on your device. Try connecting it to your PC and check if you can update it through the Samsung Smart Switch application.

Kindly share your device model number. I will check it.
