Galaxy SThank you for contacting us and we are sorry to hear about the battery drain issue on your Galaxy S23 Ultra. We understand how inconvenient this situation can be.
Please note that after a software update, it is normal for the device to temporarily consume more battery due to system optimization processes such as app re-indexing and background adjustments. This usually stabilizes within a few days of use.
Kindly try the following steps to improve battery performance:
- Restart your device once to refresh system processes.
- Check battery usage:
Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > View details
Restrict background activity for high-usage apps. - Enable Power Saving Mode if needed.
- Ensure your device is updated to the latest software version:
Settings > Software update > Download and install.
If the issue continues after a few days or the battery drain remains unusually high, we recommend visiting the nearest Samsung service center for a full diagnostic check:

We understand your concern regarding the battery performance and your experience after the recent update. Please note that after major software updates, devices may take some time to optimize system performance and app behavior based on usage patterns, which can temporarily affect battery consumption.
We truly value your feedback, and your comments have been recorded and shared with the relevant team for review and continuous improvement.

Galaxy SI'm going to change my phone and brand.
What will your friend pay at the nearest service center, or what will you pay by credit card.
