My s23 ultra back cover is slowly getting removed automatically. The glue is not holding the cover from left bottom end to almost half. Do this event related to battery issues ? But the battery is working normally. With heavy use iam getting 18.5 hr of battery life. Also not feeling any heating issues. Please advice and suggest what to do ?
Samsung has a feature that it's back cover gets automatically removed after usage of 2 to 3 years. I thought this feature was limited only to A series.
