Just want to know when i use my spen to write on the screen...there is a part of the screen my pen does not want to write...my wife got the same phone and hers is working fine...wat can be the cause?
Use the diagnostic tools in the samsung member app to diagnose the spen and screen. You can find it under the get help tab on the bottom right of your screen
Thanks the diagnostic tool did the trick..came right with my Spen...my phone case hade a magnet that caused the problem..removed the case and problem solved...thank you 😉
