In to the December month, but no android 13 update or at least November security patch for Samsung s21 ultra, I think this is the 1st time a Samsung flagship device end a month without any

 security update, even Afghanistan ,Pakistan already receive android 13 update

Samsung promised that the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will get the Android 13 update.

Due to technical issues, it may be delayed. However, it is expected that it will be released at the end of this year.

You might want to wait patiently for that to show up on your phone officially.

Yes! You're right. According to reports, Android 13 update had already released to the Galaxy S21 series in Europe, India, Kazakhstan and Russia, along with some US carriers.
