Flash software from service center which is process...if you installed software from mobile data or wifi then this will happen only because of software loop holes formation... recommend process is firmware flash or install software via smart switch and pc....otherwise I gurentee you..none of the settings can prevent it

Bhai agr ye policy hoti toh samsung company kb ki dub chuki hoti btw you can create case in cort for refund.
