Samsung s21 ultra Over heating

Is someone out there to resolve this issue.?
Cannot use my Samsung s21 ultra outside, especially while taking pictures, the camera module heats up so quickly, which brings the whole system down slow apps and hanging. 
Then error messages pops up frequently. 

The heat rises uncontrolled while outdoors, cannot take pictures outdoors because of this! Then I keep my phone near the AC to cool it down.

My other phones of other brands never have this issue. Do Samsung know about this?

I did basic troubleshooting such as clearing all apps, removing the case, switching it off etc..
After all those are not an ultimate solution.

Hi Monish.. Sounds like it's a common issue with the S21 Ultra device as I have seen similar posts in other forums. Personally I use S21 ultra and I have noticed the same issue at times especially while using the camera for a long duration. I work inside the office in UAE hence I haven't exposed my phone to the hot weather outside, however its worth noting some of the below points.

Following reasons will lead to device heating issue

• Using apps that require more power or using apps for extended periods such as
–Playing high-quality games for long time
– Recording videos for extended periods
– Streaming videos while using the maximum brightness setting, mainly outdoors
– Using the Screen Mirroring / Smart View feature (connecting mobile to a TV)
• While multitasking or when running many apps in the background i.e.
– Using Multi window
– Updating or installing apps while recording videos
– Downloading large files during a video call
– Recording videos while using a navigation app
• Large amount of data for syncing with the cloud, email, or other accounts
• Exposing device under sunlight when temperature is high around you
• Extensive usage of mobile hotspot and tethering feature
• Using device in areas with weak signals or no reception or in roaming network
• Charging the battery with a damaged / unapproved USB cable
• Device’s multipurpose jack is damaged or exposed to foreign materials, such as liquid, dust, metal powder, and pencil lead etc

Its always a good option to visit a nearby Samsung authorised service center for a quick Checkup. Cheers!

Yes I have similar issue with my S21 ultra. If I start using the phone is warm on the top side of the screen. I had came across camera app shutting down reaching high temperature. The battery will drain fast when the temperature is high and its performance is very low at this time. The device is only a week old. Never expected a new device to be like this.
