Nope. I have seen in YouTube. Lot of them complaint this issue.

Some of the Samsung members visited Samsung service center and they asking to replace the screen. Chargeable..looks like software issue. Waiting for an update .

Is the device still in warranty period? If so then ask them to replace it freely. It is obviously a manufacturing defect, if it is not a software issue. Raise complaints in all possible forums and mail a complaint to ceo and tag him in Twitter.
