It has come... Please recheck or try the same on samsung smart switch app for pc..
- install smart switch on pc and open it..
- connect ur device to the pc..
- check for updates on app on pc..

if still you are not able to then wait for March security update(most probably UI3.1)

and in case you won't get UI3.1, then visit service center

I also did not received. I was running beta version and received the patch on 1 February but security update shows January
