Samsung s10 plus is not updated after November security, it's still in Android 9

My s10+ is not getting updates and it's not showing updates. I tried to reset the mobile and it's still the same. Could someone please help me to update this mobile

Use Smart Switch PC suite to update your device. It might help.

if update is not arrived in your s10, manually download latest firmware from sammobiles and flash it through odin.
