Samsung s10 lite 2020 charging issue

my samsung s10 lite not charging is super fast charging mode not even charging from one side of type c cable i have to plug the cable like micro usb

whole samsung new phone are of this type???

go to service centre tell them its s global issue binary issue they will completely install the fresh update software snd security patch....but remember dnt u dare to update the new samsung ui upgrade fron galaxy store

I tried factory reset but no luck anyhow need to resolve the issue, like this without fast charging and one side charging it hard. let me try visiting store.

can you specify software version installed on your mobile, service center in my area is not able to resolve the issue.
