whole samsung new phone are of this type???

slow charging in s10 lite from last 2 days. if I interchange the c type in that case mobile is not change . during charging cable charging shown instead of super fast changing. so what is problem and solution?

Iam also facing the same Problem in new samsung s10 lite.My charger is not charging at one side and wired headphone also not working at the same time other brand charger is working.I think its a bug in software
