Samsung s10 is showing cable charging

S10 is not showing fast charging 

When I clear cache data and restart phone then only first time it shows fast charging

When i remove the cable and replugged it then it again shows cable charging

Please be assured and to resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1) Safe mode:-Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
Note :-To exit safe mode restart the device .

2)Check charger functionality:-Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.

3)Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

did you give your phone to service center or changed the charger

first of all try different charger and different cable of s8 or s9 or s10
if it works then problem is on your charger

if it doesn't help

take a toothbrush and clear dust from charger
and usb type c port

turn off your device put the device direct under sunlight upside-down
Lightrays should
fall directly inside port
for an hour

try clear cache data if you don't know how

mostly cable is responsible for slow charging

try a new cable

I took my phone to service center they are saying I need to change the motherboard.

phone is getting charged but it is slow
