I recently got the patch for One ui 3 and upon upgrading i noticed a few issues like the phone randomly stuttering when lowering or increasing it same goes with the control panel. I also have an issue where lets say i had youtube and google open if i open the task manager when i was using google it would put me on the one next to it for instance youtube i also have problems with snapchat bitmojis not showing when i press them after android 11 update i reinstalled didn't fix and instagram having a black bar between the keyboard and the send text option. Are these problrms facing anyonr else or should i reinstall my software

It is still in early stages so it is expected to have bugs here and there. Future updates should fix the issue.

so this isnt an issue with my installation its just with the software right? so reinstalling the patch wont do anything

Yes. I have in fact formatted my device just to see if what others said was true or not but it wasn't. So better wait until a new update comes out. If it is too noticeable boot it in safe mode and see if it still shows the problems. If yes than formatting may partially fix the issues.

sometimes when you are updating the phone over the internet there are chances of getting it corrupted. will suggest you to take a backup of your data and visit nearest Samsung Srvice Cebter and ask them to upload the software update via computer and that should solve your problem.

And sometimes even applications dosent have updates as the lastest software updates. So down the line you will get individual applications uodate and that should reduce the app crashes.

I hope this will help....... cheers

Hi there,

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to get it checked out.
