Galaxy SBecause the service head told to upgrade to the latest version and send the proof before ordering for motherboard replacement. Thats why I have upgraded to android 13 for name same and then downgraded to 12

Galaxy SThe problem is not with any hardware of Samsung S20 FE 5G. Ssmsung authorised service center has replaced the motherboard also.
I think there is some problem with the jio network because of 5G implementation.
