we got S10 update in December and they got it in Nov.
so by that standard we will probably get S9/s9+ update in march.
and honestly i hope its not true but India and Pakistan are so close why delay in Pak?

india also has beta updates which pak don't. so many s9 users in india are on android 10 beta already
