I have a s7 edge unlocked version from Iran and I don't have the app of Samsung pay in my phone installed, I still have android 6.0.1 version

I have Edge S7 from UAE n I m using handset in Mumbai India but can't use Samsung Pay app as it already install but shown that only available in UAE.
So pls help me how to activate my Samsung pay n use it in India bcs already launch here.
