What does this mean? Can't use Samsung pay...need help

QUICK ANSWER. If your Samsung Pay app won't work, it might be an issue with device compatibility, problems with the store's payment terminal (especially older ones), connection and transaction errors, or simple card incompatibility.

Is your card bank support. This service actives I UAE and Kuwait if your card payment from any bank of them it will works

When do you get the error? While adding the card or while doing a payment?

I just get this screen as i attached above when I open the Samsung pay app, I can't go pass this screen

There are a few things you should be aware of.

1. To register samsung Pay / Wallet in the UAE, the phone should be the UAE model.
2. Pay/Wallet app should be up to date.
3. The phone should have the PIN unlock method set up.

To add the card, issuing bank should support.

In your case, since S23 upgraded to One UI 6.1, it is possible that the Pay/Wallet app may need an update to support the new OS.
