Hi i bout yesterday My phone from Dubai. but its not Uae version. samsung pay not supported here on this model.. ? any solution

you need UAE sim card, change preferred sim - Mobile data to UAEsim card
turn on location service

install Etisalat or Du apps and register

settings - Apps - galaxy store - clear data

finally open Galaxy store- accept terms and conditions- download Samsung pay

Hi, 

 

Kindly make sure that the device needs to be regional, along with the country of the Samsung Account. To change the country, please follow the below:

Kindly try to submit a request from the following steps:

1- Visit the link ( https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/your-service/main/ ).

2- Make sure that the phone you want to change the account information is linked to the phone, then log in using your Samsung account.

3- Choose my products -> then choose your device.

4- To the right side choose (App inquiry).

5- Go to contact us then a pop-up window will appear.

6- At "Service" section -> choose Samsung Account.

7- Choose from "Inquiry type" -> "Personal information inquiries"

8- Fill in the Subject and Details -> Submit.

9- To follow up, please > you can go to the "Track My Repair" page → Click on track my request.
