1- Visit the link ( https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/your-service/main/ ).
2- Make sure that the phone you want to change the account information is linked to the phone, then log in using your Samsung account.
3- Choose my products -> then choose your device.
4- To the right side choose (App inquiry).
5- Go to contact us then a pop-up window will appear.
6- At "Service" section -> choose Samsung Account.
7- Choose from "Inquiry type" -> "Personal information inquiries"
8- Fill in the Subject and Details -> Submit.
9- To follow up, please > you can go to the "Track My Repair" page -> Click on track my request.
