Some posts in the Samsung Member's Community take very long to open. Sometimes they don't open at all and then I have to reopen to application and try again. Also many times when I pull down to refresh, the page doesn't get refreshed and the loading indicator keeps on rotating.

Is anyone else facing this issue?

Also, this is clearly not an internet issue as I have a very fast (40 Mbps) WiFi connection.

Thank you for your query. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
