I recently purchased the Samsung S23 regular model and have encountered several issues following a recent device update.

The primary concern is the significant increase in noise levels in captured images, resulting in reduced clarity despite the 50-megapixel camera. I suspect that Samsung may have intentionally degraded the camera quality in anticipation of the upcoming S24 launch.

Numerous other users have reported similar camera issues. I will provide screenshots taken by me, clearly illustrating the difference in clarity before and after the update.

I kindly request your assistance in addressing these concerns and providing a resolution to restore the camera's optimal performance.

S24 launch or S25?

Btw, even i felt that the primary camera's performance in 50MP mode has taken a hit after multiple software updates.

I recommend you to use the 12MP mode as it still performs excellent as it performed from day 1

Hmm
But you tell me, what would you prefer: more details with noise & inconsistent results or less details with superior quality photos with rich dynamic range ?

I have already submitted the error report. However, there is no confirmation that Samsung will make improvements. Additionally, they have not acknowledged the issue. The attached bike photo was taken before the update, while the others were taken after the update. You can clearly see the difference. Furthermore, the details in portrait mode have been significantly reduced.20241112_093513_1000031400_1731384317.jpg20241111_151613_1000031401_1731318375.jpg1731386542701.jpg20240930_165839_1000004690_1727695725.jpg
