I faced same problem which you all are faces ( greenish,black crushes,black lines,ghost screenshot,Yellowish screen) Samsung accept the problem and they told me that please don't worry we will fix the device free of cost.They repair my device free of cost and I am very happy to see a phone like New with a side frame changed,speakers get more lowder,special feels like a new,OTA change, and my phone is out of warranty Dude. And they also said me that if i face again this issue then they will change again or give me a vocher coupon so can i buy a new phone. and if you want to get sollution then i will help you how to get free reapir my phone no.7984458728

You replaced your screen earlier so your display was in warranty that's why it got replaced free of cost .
