Samsung health app is not working

I am using Samsung Galaxy S8, my Samsung health app is not working showing below error 

Access denied 

Unauthorized changes were made to your phone

Delete the data and catch and try reinstalling.

Have you rooted your phone becoz samsung health also need knox to work and if knox tripped you cannot use samsung health anymore

This means knox is tripped now you cannot use any knox related apps like samsung health secure folder samsung pay etc
