my Samsung s7 does not turn on the wifi. I have very few applications installed. I have done soft reset. clean the cache but still the problem is there. mobile data works fine. isn't there any update which can solve this problem. as I don't to backup everything and reset to factory settings as I am not sure if that will work or not. please advice. thanks to all.
