Is there no offers for s22+ model? (Not ultra) im using my s22+ model from 1 to 2 yrs now and recently after aprils update there is big green line on my screen now there is 1 more pink line cause i updated in august again is there no offer for screen replacements? My phone is not even damaged its just as new as 2 yrs ago just screen damage after software update is there will be no offers for one time free replacements? I contacted service centres they asking me for rs 12,000 to fix my screen its no even my fault then why should i pay this much can anyone help me to know when they will declare one time screen replacement scheme? For s22+ models?

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus. After the latest update a few days ago, I noticed a pink line issue. Please, Samsung India, update the policy for the S22 series to include free screen replacement.

Already did they said no offers regarding s22+ models yet.. you have to pay.. 🤷 ♂️

I have tried everything they keep on repeating same thing "we cant do anything untill one time free replacement comes out for this model they have that offer till s21 models" and i have contacted samsung customer support they also gave me service centre number i visited they also said the same thing

Just wait for a few days. They might include screen replacement for s22 plus. It happened for me as well with s20 plus. I changed the screen by paying the cost but later Samsung announced free screen replacement.

I have been waiting for free replacement since Jan... for my s22plus not I got total of 8 lines ... geting a pair of then after doing updated of 6.1 and security updates.... and out of the 2 are just came recently after sept security update....

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace /repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
