I inquired of the Google Duo program, the video calls ... and the phone had overheated so much that I couldn't handle the phone.

If it overheated, it's better to go to any official Samsung shop or kiosk.. they should do the tests .. it might take a full day... then they should do the needful to fix it or to replace it.

thats fast, i pre order from samsung.com ... and choose navy colour, still dont know when it will delively... so now the overheat had improve something?

Same thing happened with my note 20 ultra, temp reached 44c. It will eventually 'resolve' itself. But don't expect much battery life with the Exynos cpu, and having 120hz on, even if the screen is ltpo and vrr(variable refresh rate) it is what it is, u want a better battery life, u need to criple the device with some settings that needs to be turned off. I still get overheating, sent many error reports, the reply was '42c is normal' and not over heating 😄
