I pre ordered samsung galaxy s21 ultra 5g but from the moment i got this phone its over heating like anything. Too much heat near camera module. Showed in customer care today and did an back end update but still issue persist. Will be hanfing over phone for replacement. Looks like units are passed without any QC in place.

there is a standard temp criteria decided by samsung if ur phone's temp is more than that so u can demand for the replacement,

Note 10+ is running in 60hz. Heating up trend started with S20 series and carry fwd to latest. Clockspeed is high, thats the problem

Expect these issues, still exynos 2100 not perfect in thermals. Just performance gap and battery life has been solved . Still clockspeed is high and you can expect heating issues and which in future result is frame drops. Exynos 2100 these issues are still highlighted in many websites.

You can show it at service centre, but if they say heating up till 45 degrees is fine. After that its a problem. We all know when device has crossed 40 intself we will get to know the heat even after using a case
