Samsung galaxy s21 plus 5G still hasn't received Android 13

Samsung galaxy s21 FE had recently received the update but the higher end models is still running October's security patch....

European countries received the One UI 5 update as well as the December security patch.

And in South Africa the S21 is running a 2 month old security patch update and Android 12 while the midrange A series got the update weeks ago...
