After 100% charging completed if charger not unplugged is any faulty/overcharging caused?

If you use the charger that comes with your mobile then after 100% of charge in phone , it will automatically disconnects the power to phone so, dont worry. And in other phones ( I am not sure about Samsung ) they have optimized charging they will slow down the power after 80% to save the battery health.

There is no need to worry,as phone reaches 100%,it automatically gets disconnected..(but to avoid any kind of electrical issues,try to unplug charger as soon your device gets completely charged)

no ..but remember it can cause fatal problem in device + battery if you continue it without unplug for more than 1 week....which is only safety guidelines from Samsung
