Samsung galaxy S10 plus, friends cannot hear me (my voice not clear with some cuts) during calls.

Hello, dears.

I have a problem with my phone when I call to my friends, they say to me your voice is not clear with some cuts, also we think you are in a  tunnel, I'm trying different Sim-card and remove the cover also the problem remains, also I tried to remove any dust from both top and bottom microphones but both clear and it contains any dust, and I test microphone with *#0283# I hear my voice but it's low on RCV_dualMic and too lower in SPK_mic, I'm using android 11 with the latest update of 1 April 2021.

please help me how to solve this problem.
