Still now not received any security patch update and oneui 2.1 I am not happy with use Samsung galaxy S10 lite I am facing the charging issues after last February security patch update sometimes not increase in the battery percentage and charging remaining time not showing that time slowly charge  and not charge it's flagship level smartphone but Samsung services very poor services for specific updates so please solve the issue immediately

40k worth S10Lite phone is not receiving monthly updates in samsung where as in other companies cheaper phones are getting Monthly & Quarterly security patch updates.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.

 

2. Check charger functionality, try to charge your device with some other charger or use your charger to charge some other device.

 

3. Check charging, if rating is 15W or above. Kindly try to charge the device in a non-inverter socket.

Note: Kindly open Device care from Settings > Battery > Please tap on 3 dots(more option) at the top right hand side > please select settings > enable fast cable charging.

 

Any update regarding this will be notified in the Samsung Members app under the notice section. You can check manually for software update by clicking on settings > software update.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
