I am using Samsung galaxy S10 lite very poor cellular quality and very bad signal strength in all network so please fix it

I think its hardware related issue, modem antenna design, if it is so it will never gets fixed like all newly launched galaxy M series are suffering. And in today's world it is problem for around 20% users where signal strength is low. Because of this reason I am using VoWiFi.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

 

Kindly perform following steps and be assured it would resolve your issue:
1) Remove SIM card and then check by reinserting it
2) Change the Network operator search and check.( Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Automatic/Manual)

 

If the issue still persists kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application(attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes):-
Samsung Members App > Feedback > Error Report > Attach log file.

Dear F.A.K.E customer supporter, if you can't tell the truth or be transparent with a issue that Samsung already knows about it, then please don't give false hope to users.

An issue with Hardware can't be solved by Software, if you are not dumb you will agree to my point.

i need a solution for this bad cellular connectivity. other smartphone with same operator run so smooth then why this is happening with Samsung.i m using s10 lite from 3 day &network connection problem is consistently 👎 bad

Purchased this new Samsung galaxy S10 lite but it has very poor cellular quality and very bad signal strength in all network so please fix it. In another mobile (One Plus), there is no such issue.

Tried removing and reinserting SIM, but no improvement.

Please give us a fix to this issue immediately.
