Hello Ahmed,
Goto Settings > Lockscreen > Notifications and turn ON "Hide Content" (See attachment).
Here you can hide your notification contents from lockscreen.
You can also select from "Icons only" and "Details" to get different appearances.
Hope that helps.
Thank you. Screenshot_20211217-100347_Settings_77263_1639721027.jpg

Yes Ahmed, I got your point, as of now you can unlock the phone and see the notification panel to get the details. Both requires same interactions. 🙂

We would suggest that it would be best to bring the device to a Samsung Service center and have the device checked out by a technician.

Yes yes, right
So you are saying that the face detection should happen in the background, right?
That's a good suggestion.
But the issue is when the face gets detected, it automatically unlocks the phone and shows the homescreen. (That's how it's designed, and that's better.) How the device knows that you are just looking the notifications.

(If you haven't turned OFF "Stay on Lockscreen until swipe"
Go to Settings > Biometrics and security > Face recognition > Turn OFF "Stay on Lockscreen until swipe")

Hope you feel little better with this now. Anyway good suggestion 👌
