I wanted to buy a Galaxy S24 Plus as a gift for my mother, but I was surprised that the Snapdragon version was not available, but rather the Samsung processor, which is less powerful and efficient even than the second generation Snapdragon processor from last year. When I contacted Samsung support, I discovered that the warranty does not include replacing the phone if it breaks down or has a manufacturing defect. Why is Samsung not interested in its customers in the Sultanate of Oman and the Gulf!!? Unlike Apple, which replaces the device if it breaks

As per my knowledge, you're eligible to return the device within 2 weeks for any manufacturing defects (if you haven't done any physical damages to the device).

I believe your parents wouldn't bother if the processor is snapdragon or exynos. Perhaps all S24/S24 plus reviews are very positive.
Regarding exynos, I have a six years old Galaxy S8 (exynos), still performing well.

It is true that my mother will not care or feel about the device’s processor, but I care as a technical person, and for a device at this price, this is something that concerns me very much. Also, some defects and factory problems will not appear within 14 days, and the reason I chose this device instead of the S23 Ultra is support for seven years of updates.

I would suggest you to buy S23 Ultra rather than S24+. Mostly you use device for maximum 3-4 years so don't worry much.
